Hope everyone’s Thanksgiving was full of good food, football and family fun. The wife and I are about to partake in the Black Friday festivities, so I will keep this intro short.
Enjoy the rest of your holiday weekend and do not forget to set those fantasy rosters! Hope your team got off to a good start yesterday, and it probably did if you started your Packers.
A few injury updates before this weekend’s start and sit advice:
Michael Turner, RB, Falcons: Turner heads into the weekend looking like a game-time decision. Pretty amazing considering it usually takes a few weeks for most players to recover from high-ankle sprains. Jason Snelling owners (see below) need to be prepared for the return of Turner as early as this Sunday.
Kurt Warner, QB, Cardinals: Despite getting his bell rung by the Rams last weekend, Warner continues to sound upbeat about his chances of playing this weekend. In fact, he insists that he will play against the Titans. Warner’s fantasy owners should have him in starting lineups.
Marc Bulger, QB, Rams: Bulger finished the game last weekend against the Cardinals but learned afterward that he would miss the next three-to-six weeks with a fractured bone in his leg. Kyle Boller takes over at quarterback for the Rams, and hopefully this has no implications on Steven Jackson going forward.
