Happy Friday everyone!  The Thursday night games have started back up, and the 49er and Bears game left many fantasy owners feeling unfulfilled.  Owners of Alex Smith and Jay Cutler have found themselves in quite a hole heading into this weekend.  Hopefully, things will turn around for those teams this weekend.  One game I’m looking forward to is the matchup between the Colts and Pats this weekend.  Year in and year out, this matchup is always exciting as it pits two of the top QBs in the league against one another.

Here are today’s great reads:

  • A list of strength of schedules during most leagues fantasy playoffs (Weeks 14-16).  Could be advantageous to pickup a kicker or defense that will be experiencing an easy schedule those remaining games. [Fantasy Football Toolbox]
  • Trade deadlines are fast approaching, and here are some helpful hints to get the most value out of the players you are trading and trading for. [Fantasy Football Today]
  • Last weekend Philly used a double team to limit Miles Austin’s performance.  This could be a trend that the young wide receiver could start seeing more often.  [Pancake Blocks]
