Got home from just outside of Detroit really, really late last night after a big ultimate frisbee tournament this weekend. I am currently playing for  a men’s club team from Cleveland named Lake Effect — sweet name — and we actually did really well in our first full-squad tournament.

Seven wins, two losses on the weekend. Finished fifth place. We came into the tournament as the No. 7 seed, so we finished better than everyone expected.

Go us.

Needless to say, after two 8-hour days of playing ultimate and being out in the elements, the decision last night was to crash instead of prepare today’s stories. At some point today the Monday Morning Rehab will come out, fear not. It will just be a little delayed.

Should be back to normal tomorrow. In the meantime, consider submitting your best fantasy football team name for our July contest.
