This Friday could not come soon enough, hope everyone makes it through the workday and kicks off the weekend in style.
If you have a minute and are a big soccer fan, check out Ronaldo’s latest goal from Manchester United’s most recent match. Pretty freakin’ sick, dude is a nasty player.
In other web news, our latest mock draft was posted Wednesday to rave reviews. Well, maybe. Actually no one has commented or critiqued April’s mock draft yet, so you can be the first!
Here are today’s great reads:
- In case you missed yesterday — and if that is the case, welcome back to planet Earth — John Madden is retiring from the play-by-play booth. [The Big Lead]
- They projected the fantasy football players studs yesterday, and today it is time to predict the fantasy playoff duds. [Lester's Legends]
- Forget Matthew Stafford, Mark Sanchez or Josh Freeman. Michael Vick is the answer at quarterback for the Detroit Lions. [Shutdown Corner]
- Speaking of Mark Sanchez, he does appear to be a good fit for the Jets at No. 17. Problem is, he may not last that long. [ProFootballTalk]
- My wife pretty much hates all the time I spend on fantasy football stuff, so I doubt she would be interested in playing fantasy herself. [Bruno Boys]

No mention of the end of the fantasy basketball season, which featured your team taking a defeat to my superior one? :)
Great year, btw – if only we could have gotten a few more teams to stay interested.
Haha, yes I should have mentioned it! Congrats on a great year, my team tanked in the Finals but it was fun getting that far.
And let’s be honest … fantasy basketball is just a bridge to help get us back to the REAL fantasy sport out there …
