The 65-team NCAA Tournament field has been set, and so too has our 64-player field for Fantasy Madness 2009.
First — and clearly more importantly — fill our your March Madness bracket. Agonize over upsets and whether or not to advance four No. 1 seeds to the Final Four. And then on Thursday, before you prepare to either tear up your bracket or boast it among friends and co-workers, head over to The Hazean to vote in the first round of the 2009 Fantasy Madness tournament.
OK so I know you guys are wondering what the heck am I talking about with this Fantasy Madness stuff. Basically, in the spirit of the greatest spring sporting event, Fantasy Madness 2009 will be a 64-player showdown to determine who, in your minds, is the No. 1 fantasy football prospect heading into the 2009 season.
Yes, there still are things to determine this offseason. The remainder of free agency, the NFL Draft, training camps and preseason stand in the way of many fantasy football drafts. But why not have a little more bracket fun this tournament season by filling out another one?
With all that said, here is the field for Fantasy Madness 2009:
Remember to come back Thursday through Sunday to vote on the matchups for the first two rounds of the tournament. Voting will open and close for each round on the same day, coinciding with the NCAA Tournament.
