While we are approaching a pretty decent milestone since relaunching The Hazean back in July, another noteworthy accomplishment came across my inbox this weekend.
Sports Management Colleges named The Hazean to its Top 100 NFL blogs list. It is quite the honor to be listed among several of the others that made the cut, including my fantasy football colleagues.
OK, that is enough patting myself on the back for today. Now to the stuff that you guys really care about … the football!
Here are today’s great reads:
- Michael Vick could be back on the field terrorizing dogs defenses as early as July. [Deadspin]
- In case you missed it, the Eagles and Bengals tied yesterday. It was the first tie in the NFL since 2002. [NFL GridIron Gab]
- From the WTF files: Eagles’ quarterback Donovan McNabb did not know an NFL game could end in a tie. [ProFootballTalk]
- Looks like everybody — and I mean everybody — is picking on the Rams again. [FanHouse]
- Matt Cassel is going to be the hot quarterback target when free agency begins in the spring. And he wants big money, too. [ProFootballTalk]
- Both the perfect and perfectly imperfect regular season records are intact after week 11. [The Big Lead]
