Another uninspiring performance by America’s team yesterday.
Dallas’ starting lineup reads like a fantasy roster: Marion Barber, Terrell Owens, Roy Williams, Jason Witten, Patrick Crayton, even Felix Jones when healthy. But even if the ‘Boys had Tony Romo in the lineup right now I doubt the recent results would be any different. This team is spinning out of control.
Romo and Co. better right the ship after the bye, else this season is lost.
Here are today’s great reads:
- Though he has not completely lived up to expectations yet, LaDainian Tomlinson is set to have a huge second half. [NFL GridIron Gab]
- If you play football as long as Brett Favre has, you are bound to throw a lot of interceptions. [FanHouse]
- Browns’ fans were calling for Brady Quinn by the end of yesterday’s loss to Baltimore. [Real Football 365]
- Ben-Jarvis Green-Ellis continues to impress with Sammy Morris and LaMont Jordan out. [Fantasy Football Goat]
- If this has been the year of the rookie, then yesterday was another huge coming out party. [Roto Arcarde]
